Domain before deployment

Before a line of code is written, we map the clinical workflow, understand the regulatory obligation, and validate the use case against real operational constraints. Healthcare is too consequential for solutions that work in demos but fail on wards.

HIPAA compliance, clinical safety guardrails, PHI de-identification, and audit trails are not features we add before go-live. They are foundational design decisions. An AI agent acting in a clinical environment without ironclad governance isn't innovative — it's dangerous.

Agamin Innovations was founded by healthcare practitioners who spent decades working inside the systems they now build technology for. Not consultants who parachuted in with frameworks — but professionals who managed payer operations, built EMR integrations under HIPAA scrutiny, navigated FDA regulatory submissions, and witnessed firsthand how clinical workflows break when software ignores the human complexity of care.

Today, we are a specialised healthcare digital partner serving providers, payers, life sciences, and MedTech organisations across three continents. Our platforms — Healthnable for hospital-at-home and HealthNion for Agentic AI — were designed from first principles, for healthcare, by a leadership team with over 100 combined years of domain experience.

We are a Startup India finalist. We were recognised by the Karnataka Government for our COVID remote patient monitoring innovation. We are the engineering partner behind 100+ healthcare AI deployments worldwide. And we are still building — because the gap between the care patients deserve and the care systems can currently deliver remains too wide.
